Section 22A, 22B and 154 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Applicant The applicant denied the order of Justice in which the applicant directed Section H to file a case against the respondent's respondents. The request to grant was denied. The report, based on a false premise, showed that the applicant also had alternative legal remedies for filing a criminal complaint, but before she filed a constitutional petition, she was tired of saying that her constitutional petition was dismissed. Under the circumstances the applicant can benefit. Alternative treatment provided by law by filing a private complaint regarding his allegations, if advised, would not be affected by any observations made in the present judgment.
