MUHAMMAD IQBAL versus NATIONAL DATABASE REGISTRATION AUTHORITY THROUGH CHAIRMAN
Article 99 (1) (CC) Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Petitioner Applicant Member to appear before the High Court against the National Assembly and explain how he is competent in the alleged sitting of the National Assembly. Demanded the issuance of a warrant to Koi. The Assembly Petitioner held that the Member did not appear in his BA examination personally in 2002 and his BA degree was obtained through fraud and had to be ineligible to be selected and recorded. After the confirmation of the certification, the member had to hold office as a National Assembly. The National Database and Regulatory Authority and the University of Degree Record revealed that the applicant used a record of the election petition, which is pending before the Election Tribunal and wants a second decision on the basis of the aforesaid record from the High Court. Based on the records of the Election Tribunal, which was already occupied in the same case, the relief cannot be allowed by the National Assembly by the High Court. The applicant raised controversial questions of fact and the Member National. The constitutional request was drafted rather than transferred to an application before the National Database Regulatory Authority for verification of assembly details. The High Court dismissed the petition
