It was not installed in his name, it does not appear that the power meter is in use by the accused accused of obtaining any direct supply and detaining the accused who occupied the unit of the meter prosecution witnesses. Did not see the PVC wiring along the mainline to get direct supply. The FIR was under the control of all the complainants and no one was involved at the time of the raid or inspection.
