Article 5, Schedule and Section 17 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 The Judge Family Court upheld the right to defend the non-compliance effect of the Constitution Petition Suite interim restitution order for recovery and delivery costs. The interim reinstatement petitioner requested that the case be fixed for investigation, but despite the applicant's lawyer's presence, the Judge Family Court upheld the right to defense and committed illegal and material misconduct. The lawyer was in attendance but did not pay interim maintenance as the petitioner failed to give a satisfactory reply as per the court order not to comply with the trial court's interim maintenance order, Rs 2000 per month interim. Minor children were ordered to pay restitution counsel for the petitioner's lawyer did not comply with the said order for any reason.
