ANJUM NIAZ CHAUDHRY versus MANAGING DIRECTOR, SUI NORTHERN GAS PIPELINE LIMITED

Article 11 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution of Maintenance of Competitive Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Filling Station Gas Supply Company Agreement is an agreement between the applicant and the company which resolves the dispute to the Authority. There was a provision for reference, for which the applicant did not seek treatment. Under such agreement or section 11 of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance 2002, a constitutional petition filed without the benefit of alternative remedies would not be admissible, the High Court accordingly dismissed such request.
