Under section 22A and 22B of Pakistan, Article 199 of the Laws Reform Ordinance (XII of 1972), section 3A and 22B of the application for the treatment of section 3 intra-court appeals, the PC was dismissed by the Justice of Peace. And the single judge of the High Court upheld his constitutional jurisdiction while retaining his constitutional jurisdiction. A single High Court judge refused to interfere in the constitutional jurisdiction because the appellant had not sincerely referred to the High Court and the basis of their allegations appears to have been so. There was appropriate alternative remedy by filing a personal complaint of the competent and untrustworthy appellant, under which the intra-court appeal was dismissed in connection with the allegations against the defendants.
