The Section 115 Amendment scope suit was simultaneously rejected by the following trial courts and appellate courts when it passed all the material aspects of the case, passing the impugned verdicts and orders, in which both the facts and the law of the court were appropriate. Questions were considered on the basis of appreciation. Due to oral and documentary evidence, it was not possible to be harassed as a result of a trial or to turn them into alternative trading jurisdictions, upon finding the above courts on a material basis, modified jurisdiction. It would not be appropriate to interfere with the authority.
