The Justice was ordered to register the case after the inquiry on a non-controversial order and further directed that the police officer, who has registered a case and was the investigating officer of the case, should pass the investigation to another police officer. He was alleged to have challenged the order of Justice of Peace. On the basis that when the FIR was already registered, the second FIR could not be filed so there was no law that a second FIR could not be registered if the victim's daughter was required in such circumstances. Whoever was the natural witness should have been the complainant, but instead a police officer who was also the investigating officer of the case, he was made the complainant's second FIR, in which case you were allowed to speed up the law. The most natural witness who should have been the complainant was lost in the FIR to be the complainant; They had not taken any illegal action while directing them to register an FIR
