Article 199 Constitutional Petition The applicant filed a constitutional petition on the basis of which it is directed against the authorities that the private respondent, claiming to be a PhD degree holder from the confederacy of the respondents / authorities, 'S article was subject to severe abuse and has not yet been approved. In accordance with the law and regulations laid down under it, the applicant further prayed that the appropriate proceedings / proceedings against the private respondents raised by the PhD degree holder by the department and initiation of criminal proceedings of fraud and forgery. The applicant mentioned his address on his constitutional petition, so there was no affiliation with the PhD degree holder and the constitutional petition was filed against someone for some other ulterior motive, the effect being 50,000. The applicant has been instructed to stay for a fortnight.
