In connection with the robbery, his residence was allegedly committed by unknown suspects, who were injured during the incident and died on the spot. The applicant alleged that the complainant had made a false story in association with the officers of the concerned police station. The murder of her son, along with two different versions, gave information about two different complainants of the incident to a police officer who disclosed to the commission another unrecognizable crime, unless, of course, it was merely an extension of the first version. Not only that, the police officer was instructed to record the applicant's statement, and if it revealed the commission of an unrecognizable offense other than that, an FIR crime was already registered. Then, he would take action under Section 154, CRPC and file another FIR.
