The accused has been assigned to say that the man who was allegedly armed with a suit did not cause any injury to the deceased, nor was he guilty of any kind in the event of his recovery from the yarn or blood. There was no stain or submission of invoices in court and trial proceedings began. There was no legal restriction to refuse the bail of the accused in a murder case due to a custom which would not have allowed the accused in such circumstances. Under section 7497 (I), CR PCC, the same could not be prevented but it was stated that the accused was not a former culprit and there was no reasonable basis for assuring him to be involved in the case.
