Sections 324, 353 and 34 of the Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), Section 265F (7), attempt to commit a felony, assault or criminal force, otherwise under serious provocation and joint intent, the defendant would not have the opportunity to present defense evidence. The feedback given was that the victims, especially during their trial, mentioned that they wanted to examine some of the defense witnesses, but the trial court did not decide the matter for this purpose and therefore they were not allowed Defense witnesses were not given the opportunity to testify, in which case the defendants were discriminated against for their rights. The convictions were set aside and the trial was held in the trial court in the direction that the defendants should be given a fair opportunity to present defense evidence in their favor, and then the latest verdict. Must be approved.
