MUHAMMAD KHURRAM SHEHZAD versus BAHA-UD-DIN ZAKARIYA UNIVERSITY THROUGH VICE-CHANCELLOR

Supervisor but WOWA VOSS exam was not conducted University said the meeting of the Advanced Studies and Research Board was not summoned because the absence of the Vice-Chancellor was not completed at the board meeting due to the absence of the board quorum. Had to be one. Half of the total number of its members and there was no mention that the board would not form or operate in the absence of the Vice-Chancellor, even if the Vice-Chancellor was not available, the High Court directed the Registrar of the Advanced Studies and Research Board. The applicant of the University was summoned to convene the meeting and to decide on the matter, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University.
