The justification issued against them, along with all the national sports federations, was linked to the Pakistan Golf Federation and they were given grants through control, monitoring and board. The Pakistan Sports Board was authorized under Rule 4 (II) (a) of Pakistan. The rules of the Sports Board for the ratification, amendment and cancellation of the Constitution, 1981 may remove any official of the Pakistan Sports Board National Sports Organization from all national sports federations and associations in connection with the affairs of the Pakistan Golf Federation. The recipient was the Pakistan Golf Federation in the constitutional jurisdiction and the petitioners were enraged as the Golf Federation passed a negative order against the applicants for a constitutional petition to give them a tax stand, Pakistan Golf Federation.
