Section 4, 9, 15, 18, 25 and 54 Land Acquisition The amount of land compensation received according to the assessment of the amount of compensation received was determined by the Collector as the referee court made Rs 5,000 per canal seed amount. Increased transfer charges and mandatory acquisition charges from Rs. 25,000 per kennel etc. Both parties filed appeals when they were displeased with the unconstitutional decision and order. The landlord has requested that the market value of the property obtained by the local commission appointed by the court be estimated at Rs. 80,000 per kanal, but the referee court did not give any reasons for dismissing the valuation of the local commission and 80,000 prayed for an increase in the rate of Rs. The canal has been claimed at Rs 25,000 and Rs 80,000 which was more than the amount he claimed in front of the collector himself. He claimed some sum of money to the Collector under Section 9 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, he could not claim any more money than before he claimed to collect the Collector's compensation through the land. Subject to the provisions of section 25 of the Acquisition Act, 1894, the appellant was not legally entitled to receive the amount of property compensation received by him which he claimed to the Collector which amounted to Rs 25,000.
