The plaintiff, who filed a Section 42 lawsuit, claimed to be the owner of the suit property because her ancestor plaintiff also claimed the title through adverse possession, with both the trial court and the appellate court. As well as the plaintiff's case was dismissed, the plaintiff had to prove through the accused and credible evidence about the authenticated evidence which was produced in the first record after the hearing, in the form of income record in the name of the defendant. The evidence available on the evidence was not reliable, which could be admissible. Entries made in the Revenue Record of the Settlement Officers were always available for entries in the Record of Rights, although this was all but denied, but for the first time the Settlement Record gained precedence over the General Principle. Based on the evidence presented by the parties regarding the NN, strong and authoritative evidence was needed to rule out such an assumption of accuracy associated with the first settlement in the area when there was no false statement or absence of evidence to read. I could not interfere with the finding of the harmony of fact, when it came to the plaintiff. The lawyer was unable. Do not read any false reading or evidence by the courts below or cite unlawful exercise of jurisdiction for which there could be scope for interference.
