Section 13 Tenant Bona's Personal Needs The landlord's elderly landlord was charged with selling the property on a personal need basis and the tenant controller dismissed it by the tenant. The order was given while approving. The landlord was an old man who had no qualms about starting or running a business, but intended to sell the place. Validation is not available to show that the landlord is too old and it would be difficult for him to do any business. The landlord had four sons and on the basis of his dishonesty, it could not be doubted that he was old. Done and this will help his son with whom he will start a business at the disputed shop even if the landlord has expressed a desire to sell the disputed shop which will be used to remove his tenant. Should not be allowed to get in the way of, if the tenant would otherwise succeed, it would be better to establish your case on a person-by-case basis. In the event that the landlord's disputed premises were sought in good faith, the High Court refused to intervene in the eviction order passed by the tenant controller against the tenant appeal. n
