SYED ALI ABBAS versus STATE

Section 516 A Penal Code (XLV of 1860) Section 420 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) of fraudulently and dishonestly indicating the delivery of property from a superintendent of a car was owned by the applicant's deceased brother. The complainant was the ex-husband of the car. In the name of the applicant, the transfer and possession of the car was handed over to the complainant. After the FIR was registered, the applicant wanted to own the vehicle at the supermarket. Divorced from forgery and then exchanged. His name was submitted to the trial court in Challan, in which case the property was a property. Inspection of documents / orders which the two parties relied upon in trust; Supreme Court allows car custody to remain with the complainant subject to supply of guaranteed bonds.
