MUNIR HUSSAIN BHATTI versus FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN THROUGH SECRETARY LAW

Appointment of judges of the Supreme Court, High Courts and Federal Shariat Courts under Article 1754 (3) of the Arts 175A & 184 (3) Constitution, before the Supreme Court challenging the decision of the Parliamentary Committee.
