CH. MUHAMMAD ILYAS GUJJAR versus CHIEF ELECTION COMMISSIONER OF PAKISTAN
The application for leave to appeal the appeal for retention of Section 3 Constitution of Pakistan, Arts ? (185 (&) and 199) was decided by a single bench of the High Court, Intra Court Appeal, Law Reforms under Section 3 Ordinance, 1972 Applicable to the High Court, the petitioner's lawyer claimed, in some cases, that the question of limitation would hinder the approach of the High Court. If done, the question regarding the limitation will be considered as the applicant had. It is clear from the above, therefore, that under all exceptions held in this case, the Intuit Court of Appeal Bench, in filing an intra-court appeal by the applicant, may examine the question of limitation, as appropriate. The arguments raised objections to the Supreme Court making such observations, as well as before the High Court, so, using the words of all exceptions, the Supreme Court questioned the respondents. Allowed to a limited extent, but the court will consider it based on its facts and circumstances. Case, kindly
