HABIB BANK LTD. versus RAMAN ALI HEMANI

Arts 199 and 185 (3) pursuant to the High Court Mintabilty Bank employee pursuant to the notification of constitutional petition 26 26 2004, that the applicant bank was privatized and its control was transferred to a private institution by the respondent. A constitutional application was filed on 25 11 2008 to pay the arrears of Rs. He was not entitled to the petitioner / bank because since the bank was privatized in 2004, it was not eligible for the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court.
