MANZOOR HUSSAIN versus STATE

The presence of both the accused was not explained in the room where section 497 of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) of Kalam Amal, FIR, were reportedly made in the room.
