R11 (v) Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) Gross Grade Point Average (CGPA) Applicant, enrolled in the sixth semester to remove the name from the Educational Institution Roll of Department and obtained 92 marks, CGPA attacked university authorities in the examination, applying to the department's rolls as it failed to secure 2 secure safeguards, the decision of CGPA university officials was upheld by the High Court. In view of the provisions of R11 (v) of the Uniform Semester Rules, 2007, the Supreme Court refused to interfere with the High Court's decision, as the case was denied on the leave of appeal for the Semester Rules 2007.
