Defendants of the trial court and the High Court have urged that WAPDA should pass such wire along the sides of its land. The project of the review site has shown from the record that such wire should pass through the jurisdiction of the ground rather than above and beyond the plaintiff. WAPDA plans to implement them for the welfare, economic development and well-being of the citizens and the country.
