Article 199 Constitutional Jurisdiction Choosing Civil Service Right to Pass Written Examination The Haqqani dispute applicants claimed appointment on the basis of approval of their written test and alleged that it resulted in the last page and with fraud. The result was that the authorities had demanded that the applicants did not specify. Interviews were not selected and candidates who failed in the interview did not have the right to take the job. They were not given the right to be recruited only after passing the written examination because one had to clear the voice and as a result. I also added the last page with fraud was a controversial question. It could not be decided in the exercise of constitutional jurisdiction, irregularities in relation to residency were questions that could not be taken in constitutional proceedings. Authorities made a clear statement that the applicants did not clarify vivo and failed to record any material. Whether they wiped the same rack was not a question of whether or not the entry of a particular candidate was lawful and appropriate, if there were no contradictory facts and a suitable writ could be resolved in the nature of the problem sought. The main complaint of the petitioners was that they were not recruited and refused to interfere with the recruitment process by the High Court officials.
