R11 Constitution Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution Petition Applicant's father was working as a watchman in the Department of Health and after his death on the job, the applicant applied for the job, and then the appointment. Applicant's appointment order was canceled by respondent's authority. On the basis that it did not complete the formal procedures as provided by law. On one hand, the verification authorities have acknowledged that the applicant's father worked as a watchman and that his tenure expired, and that the applicant's request was approved by the Channel of Authority. The cancellation order, on the other hand, states that the applicant was appointed without completing all the codal formal steps, not a word was stated in the cancellation order under which the applicant was not formally fulfilled. The petitioner was entitled to be appointed and the constitutional petition was properly appointed, and the order of cancellation by the authority was set aside.
