Reason recommended that it looks like there is a civil dispute. As regards the return of the vehicle as the accused claimed that according to the practice of the company, he was entitled to buy the car at an outdated price at the time of termination of the job. He was also presented a case under sections 406 and 420 of the PPC, hardly reporting the circumstances of the case. Ted was rightly accepted by the Magistrate through an Investigation Officer, under which the FIR was dealt with under the Company's C Class and was not manageable under the circumstances, and was consequently excluded.
