And given that the NAB reference has a pending NAB against it, it cannot be a reason to refuse to consider the case of a civil servant, because a specific set of punishments was provided in the NAB Reference. And the punishment was not the same as the convictions set under the Effectiveness and Disposal Line Rules. Department officials could initiate domestic proceedings, but the authorities' choice not to do so had no alliance with domestic action, following a reference to NAB. No government employee will be denied when the matter is considered. The Department of Promotion was directed to develop the applicant's case in accordance with the law
