At times, clearly, the new owners were complied with the necessary remittance to provide rent even if it is believed that the notice was sent under section 18 of the Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 and the landlord Was received on the claimed dates, the same as that sent in the name of the deceased tenant and there was no document that it was delivered to the tenant on the due date, if any, of a technical nature.
