Section 3 of the Transfer Property Act (IV of 1882), Section 52 Unlawful Settlement Complaint Complaint was excluded on the basis that in the date of filing such complaint, litigation regarding the property being disposed of was pending. (Prior to 1984, the Unlawful Settlement Act, 2005 issued) Accreditation The Unlawful Settlement Act, 2005 had no prejudicial effect and was transferred to another forum on the date of issuance of the Act under the provisions of Section 52 of the Exchange. The same may not apply to unauthorized occupiers. During the proceedings of any case in any court in respect of immovable property, the Property Act, 1882, stated that the property could not be transferred, or the matter for the same or proceedings by another party in the present case, Lawsuits and disputes over land were pending, but the transfer ignored the principles of section 52 of the Property Transfer of Property Act 18 and made the same purchase. 82 There was no point in claiming or benefiting from any latent knowledge of the law; the conclusions of the court below could not be interfered with in the review jurisdiction of the High Court Petition.
