The partner firm plaintiff was not only the firm's partner but he was the deputy managing partner as well as a member of the board managing partner or the deputy managing partner for a period of 5 years and this was the determination of the partners - the managing partner's demise or retirement. In the case of choosing the managing partner, the general meeting neither the managing partner died nor the retirement from the partnership firm, therefore, the other partner could not become the company's chief executive. In the matter of partnership, the chief executive's circular resolution regarding the suspension of the defendants was adopted in other cities after the approval of the interim orders by the civil court for which the defendants filed a contempt of court petition. Yes, the plaintiffs had no case and there was no balance of convenience. Was not in favor of the plaintiffs as the defendants
