The words of jurisdiction were replaced by the words of the relevant Chief Justice of the High Court under the amended provisions of section 28 (1) of the Anti Terrorism Act, 1997, which language referred to in the section as special law. I had no ambiguity. In this regard, only the Chief Justice had the authority to decide the transfer of the pending case to a counter-terrorism court in the province.
