R11 Constitution of Pakistan Article 199 Constitutional Application Permanent Policy Advisory Establishment Division's job The son of the late officer died while on the job and the applicant seeks employment under the Compensation Policy. Authorities refused to employ the applicant on this basis. Made such a job was for children only. The Basic Scale 1 to 15 Officers' policy did not restrict the policy that the basic job would be limited to the employment of only 1 to 15 children who died during government service. The policy was that for certain positions in the basic Scales 1 to 15 on a one-year contract, payment of certain health care, pension and financial benefits, etc. would be awarded to the relatives of the deceased government official without any advertisement. Employees were not excluded in the policy. The consultation with the Lig Grade Establishment Division was not implemented in order to take advantage of the child policy serving at Basic Scale 16 or h, and the authorities had the ability to formulate and provide an employee service policy on behalf of the Establishment Division. There was no general or special delegation to bring. The policy was invalid, the law was bad and there was no legal effect. The High Court directed the authorities to act on the applicant's request in accordance with the Establishment Division application policy.
