SAFIA BEGUM versus MUHAMMAD MUKHTAR ALIAS MUKHA

The Section 491 Habitat Corpus petition was presented to the court for the custody of a minor minor of 7 years of age, who was currently living with the defendant, the deceased's stepfather, whose real mother was involved. The minor child, in order to take advantage of the murder of his daughter through a conspiracy, needed to take him into custody. The respondent with whom the minor lived was the complainant of the said murder case and had a direct connection. Was not in the middle of it. The minor and the defendant and the minor in the court expressed their desire to be with the respondent had no problem when the minor reached the level of expressing his opinion and could not be ignored by the sessions court. Approved impeachment order requiring no interference in juvenile detention The juvenile detention was directed to remain with the defendant and accordingly the application was dismissed.
