Had to 2A, the actions and instructions of the CR PC that justice issued by Justice cannot be equated with judicial orders / decisions before such former officers proceeding before the Court of Justice before the Court of Justice. Cannot be equated with a court of no justice. At the request of the parties, the authority to make a special oath or jurisdiction of Justice of Peace fell into error and entered into a domain which was beyond its jurisdiction and after taking oath from the parties, the matter was decided by Justice of Peace.
