JAVED ROBERT versus STATE

Section 497 Drug Act (XXXI of 1976), Section 23/27 on bail, refusal and sale of drugs, the accused was arrested while engaged in manufacture of illegal drugs and packing in drug manufacture factory. The owner, who managed to escape 26 categories of drugs with a sealing machine and packing material, was recovered from the spot by the accused; the accused failed to provide his explanation in response to a notice made by the drug inspector. Samples of the prescribed drug were from the state analyst's testing laboratory, alleging that it was non-standard and disgusting. The drugs were involved in heinous heinous crime against society to develop and was the worst offender, and he was refused bail for the accused did not deserve any kind of leniency
