The definitions of Sections 302 (b) and 302 (c) of Qatil-e-Amad were fully established at the time the incident took place. Ocular testimony revealed that the incident happened at that time with no prediction or prediction, presumably, that the suspect, who was running a musical program, was shot in the air. Another shot, which was shot dead in a deadly manner, could be targeted by the accused, but at the moment the possibility of this case could not be ruled out, given the current circumstances of the case.
