Article 199 On the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court of Scope Petitioners, directed that the member inspection team of the High Court send the result of inquiry against two Judicial Officers (Sessions Judges) to the Chief Justice, the High Court. For the action required under Article 199 (5) of the Constitution, the High Court was not a person according to which no Article, a constitutional petition against the internal work of the High Court could not be filed. Constitutional application dismissed for cell, member inspection team or High Court complaint cell that was established with the sole purpose of ensuring transparent administration of justice
