MUHAMMAD SHAFIQUE versus MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE

O XXIII, R 1 and Section 11 Specific Relief Act (I of 1877) For the declaration of section 42 title Res Judata, the applicable scope of the plaintiff filed a previous lawsuit on the same subject as the agreement between them. Was withdrawn. After the parties, the plaintiff filed a new lawsuit on the same topic. The defendants' position was that the new suit was banned under CWC No.1, the previous case was not unconditionally withdrawn but on the basis of a compromise against any action. The defendants and such evacuations did not function as a judiciary and were not affected by the provisions of O XXIII, in which case the CPI revision RI was dismissed.
