A statement was filed against Wali. The defendant, who was allegedly hanged in the presence of witnesses by him and the defendants, requested the trial court to issue a statement in a newspaper to protect defendants' attendance, after which all the accused were sent to the former parliament. The trial court was held, the property tax record of the case was recorded as the state property and the court passed the previous order in favor of the plaintiff which one of the defendants applied under section 12 (2) CPC. Challenged by the court, which was dismissed but the court accepted the request for review. Beneath the plaintiff's conviction was that the defendants, who filed an application under section 12 (2), CPC, before the court below and Lux Standi for filing such application. This court lacks jurisdiction to reopen the closed case and enforce the federal and provincial governments and its officials as defendants in the lawsuit, as none of the aforementioned activists referred to the previous decision and order. Not accepted and neither were the appropriate and necessary parties. The practice of giving notice to the defendants was conducted in a mysterious manner and the same addresses were provided for the several defendants, raising doubts that the summons was sent by a letter under the registered AD core, Who returned with these remarks.
