Authorities said that since these reports were used by the principal suspect to obtain the loan, it would be considered whether the applicant's partner was legitimate. The High Court refused to share and corroborate the opinion of the authorities that the evaluation reports were prepared by the applicant firm on 25th 2005, during the investigation, the principal accused on 19-3 2005 The company's request was collected by the investigating officer at any time to suggest that the bank had ever requested a PE tester to review the property so that the loan proposal in favor of the principal accused could be approved. ? The reports do not mention that the principal suspect ever told the applicant that assessment was necessary for the purpose of loan advancement, reports were issued for the privilege of the principal suspect company. And their legal advisors, who were not really enough to suggest misconduct by the applicant themselves or give the impression that these reports were prepared to facilitate the approval of loans by the applicants in this case.
