DILBAR KHAN versus STATE

Section 302/324/34 Petition for issuing a directive to run alongside the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Qatil AMD and two important convictions which were sentenced and sentenced on two separate occasions in two different FIs. The verdicts, along with two excellent punishments given to him on the basis of old age, were filed to issue driving directions. Each legal action was to be decided on its own facts and circumstances. The applicant has been sentenced for murder of two persons. On two different occasions of the same family, it would not be in the interest of justice to direct the sentence to run the sentence given to the applicant, was to run permanently.
