Section 491 Constitution of Pakistan, Art: 199 Constitution Petitioner Recovery of a Detenio Complainant alleges that his original sister (Detective) was abducted by the abductor (respondents), who was about 90 years old. After deliberating to save himself from the kidnapping charges, the High Court observed the kidnapping Tour was a 90-year-old man who could barely hear and understand the court proceedings, but he was still a Claiming with the girl, Danto, who was supposed to be her granddaughter's daughter, the High Court directed Dietenov and the police squad for the complainant to move forward in her village constituency petition. \ n
