This petition for review is out of time by 45 days. The petitioner admits that be had received a copy of the judgment of this Court on the 13th March 1968, but he could not file the petition for review till the 13th May 1968, as "it was beyond his means to arrange for expenses to file the Review Petition:" Mere poverty has: never, been considered to be a sufficient ground for the condonation of delay. In the circumstances we are not satisfied that any valid excuse for the delay has been given.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as being barred by time.
Petition dismissed.
