(On appeal from the judgment and order of the High Court of West Pakistan, Lahore, dated the 27th June 1968, in C. R. No. 446 of 1967):
S.12‑Directions given by High Court that mother should make available minor at certain intervals to ‑meet father‑Such directions whether vouch safed by provisions of S. 12‑Special Leave to Appeal granted by Supreme Court to consider question.

Leave to appeal is granted to consider whether the directions given by the High Court that the petitioner shall make her minor daughter available to meet the respondent, her father, at certain intervals in the chamber of his counsel are vouched' by the provisions of section 12 of the Guardians and Wards, Act which deals with temporary custody and protection of the person or property of a minor. Security Rs. 1,000. The impugned directions given by the High‑Court shall remain in abeyance meanwhile.
