The disclosure memo and statement made by the accused during the investigation of appreciation of the unlicensed evidence of section 13 (e) were not brought to the record nor were any of its witnesses merely on the statement of the prosecution witnesses. Submitted. The disclosure is an admitted fact that the case had a straightforward dependence on the matter as stated by the prosecutor, with the failure to present trivial evidence on the record of the confiscated memo, which was a simple dependency on the record. Failure to establish full evidence on the charge of recovery of the pistol was given by the accused. In this case no investigation was made, in the other case the material submitted was not relied upon but without bringing the case to record. They were relied upon, which could not be legally relied upon. Due to all the contradictions, and the benefit had to be extended in favor of the accused, the accused decided to be punished and the accused was acquitted of his charge and released in the circumstances.
