Was sentenced. Under section 5 of the said ordinance, the court had, and since no appeal was filed against the decision, the sentence was finalized, in which case the prime minister had control. e Disqualification from being a member of the House of Representatives under Article 63 (1) (g) of the Constitution from the date and time of the announcement of the judgment of the Supreme Court (26 4 2012) to all, that is, the date of the decision (26 4 2012) had ceased to be Prime Minister and accordingly the post of Prime Minister was considered vacant. \ R \ n
