The concerned station house office was reluctant to appear for some reason or the other, although the accused had obtained bail from the High Court, but the person, who was absconding with the law, could not claim relief without referring to the Supreme Court. The interim bail granted to the accused with clean hands was summoned by the Supreme Court and the verdict was upheld by the High Court and the bail was denied.
