Section 302/392 Constitution of Pakistan, Art 185 (3) Qatil Am, the quantum of punishment for robbery, delay in recording confessional statement and arms was recovered while the accused was in police custody for two weeks, Additional Judicial and Judicial Court. After the delayed prosecution, the accused was sentenced to death by the trial court, whose appeal was confirmed by the High Court's leave that the Supreme Court granted the appeal to consider the amount of the accused's sentence. His case was based on circumstantial evidence and there was evidence that it would be decided to consider three questions again, first Whether the accused was justified in death for the delay of fifteen days between the arrest and confessional statement of the accused. Second, the question of alleged recovery of weapons of the crime and the seizure of articles when the accused remained in police custody for two weeks, and, third, the delay between the accused's extra-judicial confession in front of witnesses and his prosecution.
