PAKISTAN SPORTS BOARD versus PAKISTAN VOLLEY BALL FEDERATION
Sections 3 and 4 belong to the Sports Board's Respondents for the National Sports Policy, 2005, Paras 10 (5) and the 11th Constitution of Pakistan, Article 17 of the Association Office of Avery, and it covers volleyball, handball, cycling and gymnastics. He had a complaint about federations and sanctions. Article 17 of the Constitution guaranteed the members of the federations federations were imposed on the third election of the officers in the guarantee of independence. The Pakistan Sports Board cannot regulate or control any association which Did not attempt affiliation. Respondents have the right to form their own associations without the intervention of the Pakistan Sports Board but this can only happen if the defendants do not act voluntarily and ask the board for their own action, if the defendants Pakistan Want to be affiliated with the sports board and re-cultivate. The benefits of such an affiliation, they cannot claim, are exempt from any exemption from adherence to the directions given by the Board in accordance with the rules of the Pakistan Sports Board. The High Court took action on wrong grounds while the High Court granted the appeal permission hearing the constitutional petition filed by the respondent Federation.
